Weight Loss Management Process
Our Step-by-Step Weight Loss Pathway
1. Initial Consultation (60 minutes) With a doctor and nutritionist
We start by understanding you — your medical history, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges. This conversation is judgement-free and completely tailored to your needs.
2. Blood Tests & Measurements
We check:
- Weight, BMI, waist & waist-to-height ratio
- Blood sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, vitamin levels
This gives us a full picture of your health before creating your personalised plan.
3. Personal Training Session with a qualified fitness coach
We’ll assess your current activity level and build a safe, achievable exercise plan — no boot camps required. You’ll also get access to tools like MyPT Hub and support for wearable devices like the Whoop Band.
4. Your Personalised Diet & Lifestyle Plan
Crafted by your doctor, nutritionist, and trainer, this includes:
- A realistic eating plan based on your culture and preferences
- Gradual, manageable physical activity
- Tools for tracking, goal setting, and motivation
- Mental health support where needed
5. Medication Support: Doctor-prescribed GLP-1 weight loss injections
- Suitable if your BMI is 30+ (or 27+ with other health risks)
- Helps regulate appetite and blood sugar
- Weekly injection, with full guidance and support
- Used alongside lifestyle changes for maximum effect
6. Ongoing Reviews & Support
Every 4–6 weeks at first, then every 8–12 weeks.
We monitor:
- Weight, waist size, side effects, and how you're feeling
- Adjust plans as needed
- Offer digital coaching or in-person motivation to keep you on track
7. Multidisciplinary Support, When You Need It
