She specialises in supporting adults facing anxiety, work-related stress, burnout, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, and life or career transitions. Her broad experience includes work in the NHS, Mind, hospices, and private practice, as well as over 20 years in the corporate sector, including international roles. This unique blend deepens her understanding of the pressures of modern life.

Jill holds a Masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and is an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure the highest quality of care.
