Our Personal Training and Assessment service is designed to sit seamlessly alongside our VO₂ max testing and comprehensive health screening programmes—bridging clinical insight with practical, results-driven training. Our dedicated fitness and performance testing room allows us to deliver exercise programmes and assessment. We have a WattBike, InBody Body Commposition scanner and a range of fitness equipment such as a training bench, kettlebells, TRX, dumbells and resistance bands.
