Dr Bradley Platt
I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with experience across NHS and private healthcare settings. I have held several senior clinical leadership roles within the NHS and am currently Head of Psychological Professions at West London NHS Trust.
I work with adults and specialise in the psychological impact of long-term health conditions, trauma, injury, and persistent pain. I also work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, and adjustment challenges, particularly where changes in health, functioning, or quality of life have had a significant emotional impact.
My clinical approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), adapting these to individual needs and goals.
I aim to provide a clear, supportive, and non-judgmental space where difficulties can be understood and meaningful change developed at a pace that feels manageable.
I offer a free initial consultation to discuss your difficulties, explore how therapy may help, and consider whether working together is appropriate.
