Nicola Moore
I am an experienced nutritional therapist, educator, and mentor, dedicated to helping individuals break free from diet confusion and build a sustainable, enjoyable approach to health. My focus is on real-world, practical nutrition—moving beyond restrictive plans to provide science-backed, gimmick-free guidance that truly works.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from high-performing professionals and public figures to those simply looking for clarity in their health journey. My client-centered approach is designed to fit around life, not take over it, helping people feel better, regain energy, and build a positive relationship with food.
My main areas of specialism based on my academic work and clinical interests include female hormone health, metabolism (including metabolic syndrome, diabetes and cardiovascular disease), thyroid health, digestive issues (including the gut microbiome, food sensitivities and allergies), and food psychology including emotional and binge eating.
As a Fellow of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), I have spent over two decades shaping the field of nutritional therapy. In addition to my clinical work, I was a member of ION’s senior academic team for 12 years, and have mentored and educated hundreds of nutrition students and practitioners.
