BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT – A STEP BY STEP GUIDE

Choose an appointment time and date 

Step 2

Choose the type of appointment you require - choose Nutritional Therapy Christine Bailey from the drop down box 

Step 3

• Complete the online form including your card details to pay for the appointment.
• Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an appointment confirmation email immediately this will include a link to a health questionnaire to complete before your appointment.
• All appointments with Christine are VIRTUAL and the link to join the Video Consultation is in the confirmation email
