Joining the practice as a member will give you a much wider range of services and as we know many of out members very well as patients we can provide face to face consultations with more confidence.

Appointment Guide

Choosing the right appointment

Medical Appointments

• For an appointment with the GP select new face to face or video consultation, by clicking on the little blue arrow next to the appointment type it will show other types of appointment as a drop down menu

Blood tests and vaccinations

• For blood tests or vaccinations without a GP appointment please email us at pa@privategp.org prior to booking an appointment. This allows us to confirm with you that we can provide you with the service you require.
• If you are seeking vaccinations for yourself or your children, we ask you to complete a vaccination questionnaire so we can check the type of vaccine, the number of vaccinations and spacing required, and order in the correct vaccine prior to your planned vaccination appointment.
• We ask at least a week’s notice to arrange vaccinations which are performed by our practice nurse

• Please submit an online enquiry via email to pa@privategp.org so that we can review your request and confirm we can provide you with the service you require

Booking your appointment – a step by step guide

Step 1 

• choose an appointment time and date

Step 2 

• choose the type of appointment you require (be aware if you book a 20 minute appointment and it runs over to 40 minutes you will be charged for a 40 minute appointment)

Step 3 

• Complete the online form including your card details to pay for the appointment.
• Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an appointment confirmation email immediately this will include a link to a health questionnaire to complete before your appointment.
• Please also read our data and privacy notice which can be found in your appointment confirmation email. Please note appointments that are cancelled will incur an administration charge of £25
