BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT – A STEP BY STEP GUIDE

Step 1

Choose an appointment time and date. Please allow us at least a weeks notice to allow Dr Shilpa to review your questionnaires fully.

Step 2

Choose "Functional Medicine Initial Appointment and assessment", this is a 1 hour appointment. The cost of the appointment reflects the significant work involved in analysing your questionnaires and preparing a report following your appointment with recommendations (usually this takes around 3-4 hours of dedicated time).

Step 3

Complete the online form including your card details to pay for the appointment.

Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an appointment confirmation email immediately this will include a link to functional medicine questionnaire to complete before your appointment. We also send you other detailed "Intake" questionnaires which we strongly advise you fill out thoroughly.

Please also read our data and privacy notice which can be found in your appointment confirmation email. Please note appointments that are cancelled will incur an administration charge of £25.
